Lawrenceville Man Arrested for Retail Theft October 24, 2018 WAKO News A Lawrenceville man was arrested for retail theft Tuesday. Lawrenceville Police took 18 year-old Jacob Hortin into custody. Hortin was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and later released on bond.
