The St. Francisville City Council met in regular session Wednesday. The City Council was informed that drawings and a permit for the Water Well #11 construction project were received. The council was also informed that a response has been made to a landfill violation notice from the EPA against the city. City officials say they are continuing to work to alleviate the problem.
