A missing 14-year-old Mount Carmel girl has been located. The Mount Carmel Police Department says Jolissa Davis has been located by the Washington, Indiana Police Department. Police say Davis was located in a Washington motel lobby after someone contacted authorities to check on her. Davis was taken into protective custody after confirming her identity. Davis had been missing since leaving her residence in the 700 block of West 6th Street on Saturday morning. Davis was considered a runaway based on information provided to law enforcement. Davis had reportedly dyed her hair color to blond, shortened her hair length, and wore glasses in an attempt to alter her appearance.
