The Red Hill Unit 10 School Board met in regular session Thursday evening. The School Board approved the adoption of a fiscal year 2019 budget of $8.2 million. School officials say they are expecting a surplus of around $521,000. The board also approved a sick leave incentive for staff without a union contract in the form of a $100 stipend each quarter.
