The Parkview Baseball Braves closed out the regular season Monday with a 16-2 5 inning win over the Red Hill Junior High Salukis at the Tank Farm in Bridgeport. The win enabled the Braves to sweep the two games between the two teams this season. Both teams are in the field for the Class AA Regional 16 tournament hosted by Casey and will see first round action Tuesday. Parkview is the 3rd seed and will be home for a first round game with 6th seed Louisville Tuesday at Unit 20 Ballpark at 4:30 p.m. The Salukis are the 5th seed and will play on the road Tuesday at 4th seed Toledo Cumberland also at 4:30 p.m. The two winners from Tuesday will play in the semifinals Saturday in Casey.
