39-year-old Erick Pedraza of Washington is back in Daviess County.  He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on Friday on warrants for Failure to Appear in Court for OWI Endangerment and Refusal, Carrying a Handgun without a License, Pointing a Firearm, Battery with Bodily Injury and Invasion of Privacy.   As reported earlier this week, Pedraza was arrested in Clay County after Brazil Police say he allegedly sent intimidating messages to a Clay County woman who worked at a Putnam County business.  Those messages included images of human mutilation, weapons and of him firing weapons out of a moving car.  Pedraza, who goes by several aliases, was taken into custody without incident at his residence in Seelyville.   He was jailed in Washington yesterday on a $29,000 bond.
