An autopsy is expected to be conducted today on the body of a former Vincennes City Councilman. 37-year-old Charles “Chuck” Sebring was found dead inside his residence at 120 North Third Street, where he lived with his wife. Sebring served one term on the Vincennes City Council before losing his re-election bid in 2015 to Brian Grove. Knox County Coroner Brian Hagen says investigation into the death is ongoing.
