LOCKHART INDUCTED INTO GREATER EVANSVILLE SPORTS HALL OF FAME

Former Lawrenceville High School athlete, coach, and athletic director Larry Lockhart was recently inducted into the Greater Evansville Sports Hall of Fame. The induction was held last Saturday. That Hall of Fame consists of coaches and athletes from a 75 mile radius of Evansville in the states of Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Lockhart was a three year letterman and two year starter at the University of Evansville from 1967-1970. He was a highly successful high school football and baseball coach at Mt Carmel. He also coached football at Eldorado High School and at his alma mater Lawrenceville High School.
