Olney Man Arrested in Lawrence County

   Sumner Police arrested an Olney man on an out-of-county warrant Friday. Police arrested 48 year-old Timothy Brandt on a Richland County warrant for theft. Brandt was taken to the Lawrence County Jail before being extradited back to Richland County.
