A Washington man was arrested for drug possession Monday. 32-year-old Justin G. Fraley of Washington was jailed for Neglect of a Dependent, Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of Marijuana. Bond was set at $2500 and bond was posted. The arrest was made Monday by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department.
