Lawrence County authorities arrested a Sullivan, Indiana woman for drug possession over the weekend. Sheriff’s deputies charged 35 year-old Rachel Sowder with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Sowder was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
