Jacksonville State is the preseason pick to win the Ohio Valley Conference football championship as they look to win their fifth consecutive title. League coaches and sports information directors gave the Gamecocks 14 of 18 first place votes in their preseason poll released Monday in Nashville Tennessee. Austin Peay recieved the other four first place votes and was picked second. The Eastern Illinois University Panthers were picked to finish fourth in the league.
