The Vincennes City Council met in regular session Monday evening. The Vincennes City Council approved updates to the City’s Landscape ordinance by a vote of five to two. The updated ordinance allows the Landscape Review Board to grant variances to the ordinance when needed. Also during Monday’s meeting, Mayor Joe Yochum presented historian Richard Day with the Spirit of ’76 Award.
