Sumner Man Arrested for Drug Possession

   Lawrence County authorities arrested a Sumner man for drug possession Friday. Sheriff’s deputies charged 53 year-old Frank Harkrader with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Harkrader was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
