Lawrence County State’s Attorney Michael Strange announced that a Lawrenceville man was sentenced in Lawrence County Circuit Court this week. 27 year-old Patrick Sutton was sentenced to six years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a charge of residential burglary. Sutton’s prison sentence will be followed by two years of mandatory supervised release. Sutton is also required to pay court costs.
