Eugenio Suarez hit a go-ahead two run homer and went 3-for-4 on the night as the Cincinnati Reds beat the Chicago Cubs 6-3 in game two of their four game series Friday night at the Great American Ballpark. The Reds came from behind for their fifth consecutive win after Kyle Schwarber’s two run blast had given the Cubs a 3-1 lead in the top of the fourth inning. The Reds bullpen shut down the Cub offense from there with 3 1/3 hitless innings with Raisel Iglesias closing out the contest for his 12th save of the season. Game three is a late afternoon start Saturday with Luke Farrell (2-2) scheduled to start for the Cubs against Anthony DeSclafani (2-1).
