The father of a three-month-old boy is facing two felony criminal charges in connection with the baby’s death. Gibson Superior Court Judge Robert Krieg issued a warrant for the arrest of 22 year-old Kwin T. Boes of Patoka Thursday after finding probable cause for felony counts of aggravated battery resulting in death and neglect of a dependent resulting in death. Each charge carries a potential sentence of 20 to 40 years in prison. Gibson County Prosecutor Michael Cochren filed the charges Wednesday afternoon, following investigation into the Sunday death of 11-week-old Parker Boes at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis.
