The Lawrenceville Lady Softball Indians were big winners on the road Thursday. They rolled over Hutsonville-Palestine 18-3 in 6 innings. The Lady Indians tallied 18 runs on 17 hits and made an error while the host Lady Tigers were held to 3 runs on 5 hits with 1 error. Emily Moore, Katelyn Higginbotham, Jayley Akers, and Elizabeth Steffey each had 3 hits with the latter three each driving in 4 runs. Melody Lockhart went 3 innings to pick up the win with Abby Gartner finishing up. The team will finish up the regular season Saturday in the four team Olney Lady Tiger Classic.
