A propane tank exploded on Northeast 4th in Washington Tuesday. Washington firefighters were called out at 2:17-pm to 1101 Northeast 4th to a home owned by Brian Downs. Washington Fire Chief Dave Rhoads says damage was moderate and there were no injuries. Three off duty firemen were called in to help in fighting the fire. Firefighters were on scene until after 4-pm.
