An Oaktown man was arrested early this morning after he reportedly fired a shot at Vincennes University. Vincennes Police arrested 52 year-old Kevin Priest after he allegedly fired a shot in the air. There were no reported injuries in the incident. Priest was later located at the Vincennes Wal-Mart and taken into custody. Priest was charged with criminal recklessness. He was taken to the Knox County Jail.
