Lawrence County authorities arrested a wanted Richland County man Thursday. Sheriff’s deputies went to Richland County and took 21 year-old Jacob Tracy of Olney into custody. Tracy was wanted for failing to appear in Lawrence County Circuit Court. Tracy was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
