Lawrenceville City Police arrested two Olney residents at the Lawrenceville Wal-Mart Tuesday. City Police charged 32 year-old Amanda McGowan and 28 year-old Christopher Melahn with felony retail theft. McGowan and Melahn were both taken to the Lawrence County Jail. McGowan was released on $1,500 bond.
