Citizens National Bank of Albion announced the addition of two new members to their board of directors. Dr. Lawrence Speir and Davis Messman have been named to the board. Speir lives in Albion with wife, Holly and his son, Sam. Dr. Speir has owned and operated Speir Chiropractic in Albion for 14 years. Messman is a native of Edwards County. He worked in oilfield services from 1984 to 1994. He then began managing his family farm operations. Currently, Messman serves as a Edwards County Commissioner.
