The Flora Wolves scored a single run in the top of the sixth inning to snap a 1-1 tie and added 5 more in the top of the seventh to beat the Lawrenceville baseball Indians 7-1 at Unit 20 Ballpark Friday. The loss spoiled the home opener for the season and the first game for new Indian head coach Josh Voitlander. Flora scored 7 runs on 10 hits and committed 1 error while the Tribe scored 1 run on only 2 hits and committed 2 errors. Keegan Meek had the two Indian hits and drove in the only run with a first inning double. He also was the starting pitcher. Conner O’Dell took the loss in relief. The 0-1 Indians next see action Tuesday at Olney.
