The United Way of Knox County is celebrating the fact that they reached their 2017 campaign goal of $300,000. The United Way also raised a matching amount for a 50-thousand dollar matching grant through the Eli Lilly Foundation. United Way Director Mark Hill says they plan to recognize and honor some of the organizations and businesses who made the 2017 campaign a success at next Wednesday’s Knox County Chamber Bandwagon at the Green Activity Center starting at noon eastern.
