Lawrence County State’s Attorney Michael Strange announced that three people were sentenced in Lawrence County Circuit Court this week. 45 year-old Russell Metz of Lawrenceville was sentenced to 30 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a charge of unlawful possession of methamphetamine. That will be followed by one year of parole. Metz is also required to pay a drug assessment fee as well as court costs.
43 year-old Kevin Noble of Sumner was sentenced to 30 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. That will be followed by one year of parole. Noble is also required to pay a drug assessment fee as well as court costs.
37 year-old Ross Napier of Vincennes was sentenced to two years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. That will be followed by one year of parole. Napier is also required to pay a drug assessment fee as well as court costs.
