A Knox County man was arrested Thursday at the Lawrenceville Wal-Mart. Lawrenceville Police charged 31 year-old Rusty McCoy with retail theft. McCoy was also wanted for failing to appear in court on a previous retail theft charge. McCoy was taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
