The St. Francisville City Council met in special session Tuesday night to discuss preparations for expanded water service. The city council is seeking bids for drilling test holes for water wells in Wabash County south of the Number 10 Well. The council has already received one bid for over $14,000 for the drilling work. City council members say they will look at cost comparisons over the next few days and go with the lowest amount to do the work.
