The Parkview 7th grade basketball Braves are still alive in the postseason. They beat Newton Jasper County in the quarterfinals of the Class 7-3A Regional 14 tournament Saturday at Marshall 27-23. They will now play top seed Teutopolis in the semifinals Monday night at 6 p.m. The Red Hill 7th grade Salukis lost their quarterfinal matchup Saturday with Casey 38-12 and were eliminated. Casey will play Marshall in the second semifinal Monday night at 7:15 p.m. The winners of the semifinals will play for the championship Thursday at 6 p.m.
