A Vincennes woman was arrested this morning on a warrant. Vincennes City Police found 30 year-old Laura Davis near the intersection of Eighth and Perry. Davis was wanted for failure to appear on a charge of operating without ever receiving a license. Davis is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail.
