Lance Z. Marley was sentenced to 55 years in state prison Monday for the 2016 murder of his girlfriend, Lindsey Fleck. Marley pleaded guilty last month to the murder charge, Judge Jeffrey Meade accepted a plea agreement Monday that includes five years suspended to probation and offers good time credit, which will allow him to be released after serving 42 years.
