Today is Small Business Saturday, a day to celebrate and support small businesses and all they do for their communities. The National Federation of Independent Businesses is encouraging shoppers to shop at small businesses today. According to a recent survey, two-thirds of small business owners across the country say they plan to offer discounts of some sort today while 39 percent plan to collaborate with other small businesses for community events.
