The Bi-State Authority met yesterday evening and heard a report from Vincennes University’s Vice President for Financial Services and Governement Relations Phil Rath on the university’s desire to reignite their flight program at the Lawrenceville-Vincennes International Airport. Rath said this would be done through a major client investment but didn’t give further details on the possible investor. If the program is reignited, 25 new students would be trained three times per year. The university will meet with officials and discuss the cost of rejuvenating the program at the Lawrenceville-Vincennes International Airport
