Lawrence County State’s Attorney Michael Strange announced that 37 year-old Bradley A. Risley of Vincennes was re-sentenced on a charge of burglary. Risley had previously been placed on two years of felony probation. Risley admitted to violating the terms of his probation by providing a drug screen that tested positive for methamphetamine. He was re-sentenced on the original charge to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections, to be followed by one year of mandatory supervised release. Risley is also required to pay all previously imposed fines and court costs.
