At 11:10 last night Vincennes Police made an arrest at 12th and Oak during an accident investigation. 45-year-old Gary A. Handford of Lake Wales, Florida was charged with Operating While Intoxicated, Resisting Law Enforcement and Possession of Cocaine. He was also found to be wanted on warrants from the US Marshal’s Service for a Federal Parole Violation and from Polk County Florida for burglary. Vincennes Police were assisted by state police in the investigation.
