Mary Marguerite (Phillips) Kohlhause, age 95 of St. Francisville, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in Lawrenceville at the United Methodist Village- North Campus. She was born October 1, 1921 in Wabash County, IL to William F. and Ola Faye (Jackson) Phillips.
Mary married Louis A. Kohlhause many years ago in Olney, and he preceded her in death in 1992.
She was a homemaker to her family, and she helped her husband run Kohlhause Garage and Implement for many years in St. Francisville.
Mary is survived by: three children- Wayne Kohlhause and his wife Linda, Myrna Stone, and Sam Kohlhause and his wife Shirley all of St. Francisville: twelve grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her husband- Louis Kohlhause: parents- William and Ola Faye Phillips: one son- Michael Kohlhause: and one son-in-law- Harold Stone.
A graveside service will be held for Mary Kohlhause on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Oaklawn Cemetery in St. Francisville. Cunningham-Young Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
