Franklin Joseph Sullivan, 41, of Danville, Illinois passed away Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Austin Neuro Rehab Center in Austin, Texas. He was born March 24, 1976 in Vincennes, Indiana, the son of John and Betty (Coy) Sullivan.

Franklin was a pipefitter and worked at Bechtel in Corpus Christi, Texas. He enjoyed fishing, riding his Harley Davidson, and spending time with his children. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Danville.

Preceding him in death was his mother.

Survivors include his father, John; two sons, Lucas Rascher of Georgetown, Illinois and Franklin Sullivan, Jr. of Georgetown, Illinois; five daughters, Skye Holmes of Danville, Illinois, Katelynn Sullivan of Westville, Illinois, Karlee Sullivan of Westville, Illinois, Anna Potter of Georgetown, Illinois, and Hailey Sullivan of Georgetown, Illinois; three brothers, Johnny Sullivan of Danville, Illinois, Michael Clemons of Peoria, Illinois, and Bryan Sullivan of Danville, Illinois; and two sisters, Amy Sandmeyer of Danville, Illinois, and Anna Sullivan of Danville, Illinois.

Graveside services will be Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Franklin’s memory may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses. Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, Illinois is in charge of the arrangements.
