The Lawrence County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors met yesterday evening. David Faulkner was formally introduced as the hospital’s interim Chief Executive Officer. Faulkner replaces Doug Florkowski, who left the position last month. The board also approved the re-appointments of Liz Bootman, Birgit Volk and Derek McCullough to the E & D Foundation Committee.
