The Director of the Illinois State Police has announced that there will be enhancements to the Illinois State Police technology infrastructure.
The enhancements are being done by the Department of Innovation and Technology, in conjunction with external consultants to keep upgrading the Illinois State Police’s legacy criminal justice systems. These enhancements are part of an ongoing effort by agencies under the direction of Governor Bruce Rauner and DoIT to modernize the state’s tech platforms to allow for greater public safety and security.
