A pair of Olney women will face methamphetamine-related charges in a seven count indictment returned by a federal grand jury late last week. 56 year-old Vickie Sanders and 34 year-old Kylee Black were indicted on charges going back to 2015 including possession of Pseudo-ephedrine for the purposes of making methamphetamine, making methamphetamine and distributing methamphetamine. The investigation was conducted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office.
