Units of the Lawrence-Allison Fire Protection District investigated a fire in Lawrenceville yesterday morning. Firefighters found smoke coming from the basement of the Linda Bricker residence at 1113 8th Street. A faulty receptacle was blamed for the trouble. About $100 worth of damage was done.
