The Lawrence Public Library Board of Trustees met last night. The board moved to accept the bid of Johannes Construction of Centralia to handle the window improvement project. The bid came in at just under $175,000. The board will hold a pre-construction meeting in three to four weeks. Also during last night’s meeting, the board swore in newly elected trustee Deanna Ratts Boyd.
