Lawrence County authorities arrested two Vincennes residents yesterday. Sheriff’s deputies charged 47 year-old Michael Morrison with failing to appear in Lawrence County Circuit Court. 24 year-old Tiffany Moyes was charged with violating her probation. Morrison and Moyes were both taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
