An accident that claimed the life of a Knox County woman is still under investigation.
30-year-old Hillary S. Gregory of Oaktown died Monday from injuries caused by the 9:30-pm Sunday night crash on US 41 north of State Road 550. Gregory was ejected from her 2006 Jeep when, according to authorities, the Jeep rear ended an ’02 Explorer and then rolled several times after impact. She was found in the road when police arrived on the scene. She was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes and then to St. Vincent’s in Evansville where, again, she died Monday morning. Two people in the Ford had minor injuries.
Toxicology reports are still being completed as part of the accident investigation.
