A Bridgeport woman was involved in a single-vehicle accident in Lawrenceville Monday. Michelle Murray was driving on 8th Street near the Walnut Street intersection when she dropped her cellphone. In her attempt to retrieve the phone, Murray left the roadway and struck a Frontier telephone pole. Murray was cited by authorities for driving under the influence and driving without insurance.
