Olney, Illinois Police made an arrest in the murder of an 8-year old.
53-year old Glen Ramey, also of Olney, was arrested early Sunday morning.
Ramey is facing charges of first-degree murder and predatory sexual assault in the death of Sabrina Stauffenberg.
Stauffenberg was found dead last Wednesday on the south side of Olney, behind an old vinegar plant.
Ramey has a criminal background, with two pending cases in Richland County for battery and aggravated drunken driving on a revoked license. Court records also show he has been served with numerous protective orders against him.
Ramey is currently being held in the Richland County Jail.
