Absentee voting ended at noon yesterday, Knox County Clerk Terri Allen told the Vincennes Sun Commercial that there were still people voting and in line at noon. It took nearly another hour and a half to finish up. Allen reported that 4500 Knox County voters either voted in person or mailed in a ballot. She says mail- ins may arrive today and there some homebound votes that still needed to be counted.
