This weekend kids can come out to Gregg Park and play in their favorite vehicle. It’s the annual Touch-A-Truck event which will be held in the park from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Vincennes Parks Superintendent Steve Beaman says the unique event allows kids to climb on, learn about or discover their favorite big truck or vehicle can do. He says there will be a fire truck, ambulance, police cruiser and several other vehicles that they can get behind the wheel honk the horn or turn the wheel.
Beaman says children are encouraged to come dress in their Halloween Costume. There will be face painting and free popcorn and other food for sale.
