Sydney Michele Clinkenbeard, 23, of Indianapolis, passed away at 1:58 am on Wednesday October 21, 2016 at her residence.
She was born at home on January 7, 1993 in Spring, Texas to Rodney and Becky (Willis) Clinkenbeard.
Sydney worked as a waitress and bartender in Indianapolis. She loved serving others, and this shone through in her daily interactions. She gave to everyone she met. Sydney would go without to ensure others had what they needed. Her ultimate goal was to relocate to South Africa to provide care to needy mothers and babies. Her smile was infectious, and it truly lit up each time she spoke of this life dream. talked about this.
Surviving is her father and stepmother, Rodney and Christine Clinkenbeard of The Woodlands, Texas; her mother, Becky Clinkenbeard of Whitestown, Indiana; her brothers and sisters, Remi (Tressa) Clinkenbeard of Merritt Island, FL, Teddi Clinkenbeard of Vincennes, Zoey Clinkenbeard of Whitestown, Charlee Clinkenbeard of Whitestown, Layne Ludwig, The Woodlands,TX, Lila Pursley of Whitestown, Halle Ludwig of The Woodlands, TX, and Crystal Moreland of Bicknell; her grandparents, Jim and Linda Clinkenbeard of Vincennes, and Larry and Diana Willis of Vincennes; her great grandmother, Dorothy Adams of Monroe City; her niece, Kelsie Clinkenbeard; and her nephew, Kaizen Moreland.
A Celebration of Sydney’s Life will be held Monday October 24, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until the service.
