-The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 20-year-old old David D. Byers of Elnora overnight. He was wanted on an out of county warrant. Police logs state Byrers was taken into custody after being located on Highway 57. Authorities were called after an alleged trespassing incident. He was found to be wanted on the warrant and was booked into the security center at 1:17 am today.

-Carl Brown was jailed yesterday afternoon for operating while intoxicated.
-Aaric Allen was arrested following a Vincennes Police investigation. Allen was jailed at 4:30pm yesterday for domestic battery.
-41 year old Williams Spur was picked up Tuesday by the Sheriff’s Department on a probation violation.
-John Helderman was arrested for driving while suspended yesterday.
-At 5:45 am yesterday, Kelly Philips was picked up on a writ of attachement.
